The exhibit is located at the International Terminal, within the Ewa Concourse. The freestanding display is comprised of four panels. The exhibit features the 100th-442nd-MIS on separate panels, with a brief history of each unit. In addition, each panel has a distinguished individual served in the unit and had a profound influence in shaping present day Hawaii. They are Senator Matsunaga, Senator Inouye and Governor Ariyoshi.
The fourth panel has information on the 1399 Engineer Construction Battalion, the Congressional Gold Medal and the Nisei Veterans Legacy.
Replica medals, such as the Congressional Gold medal, Distinguished Service Cross, Silver Star, Bronze Star, Purple Heart, etc. are also be part of the exhibit.
