Lynn Heirakuji, NVL President was recently invited to be a guest on “Island Focus,” which devoted an entire 30-minute episode on service for Hawaii’s veterans. The show was filmed in April 2022 at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific at Punchbowl. Lynn shared about her father, a Nisei Veteran, and what the NVL does to further its educational mission. Island Focus is a bi-monthly program hosted by Lyla Berg and produced by ‘Olelo Community Media as a community service.
