NISEI VETERANS MEMORIAL SERVICE 2020
The Nisei Veterans Legacy (NVL) is proud to bring you a 30 minute video of the 15th Annual Nisei Veterans Memorial Service (formerly called the Joint Memorial Service). For the past 14 years the Service has been held at Punchbowl Cemetery (National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific). However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic the Punchbowl Cemetery was closed for ceremonies. Not to be deterred in honoring our Nisei Veterans, the NVL has re-invented the memorial service as the video presented here, so that viewers nation-wide can attend virtually.
