Hundreds gathered at The National Cemetery of the Pacific for the 14th annual Joint Memorial Service honoring the AJA soldiers of World War II.

Nisei Veterans Joint Memorial Service

The 14th Annual Joint Memorial Service, which honors those who served in the 100th Infantry Battalion, 442nd Regimental Combat Team, Military Inteligence, and 1399th Engineering Battalion during World War II will be held on Sunday, September 29, 2019.
The public is welcome to attend.
Undying Devotion

Undying Devotion is a video created by 15 year old Mathew Oh, son of COL (USA) Paul and Sarah Oh, for the National History Day Contest. Matthew won 1st place in the State of Pennsylvania. He did the research and interviews; wrote and narrated the script; produced the graphics; arranged, played and recorded the music in the background. An amazing piece of history on the Japanese internment and the Nisei who served in World War II. Mathew starts high school in the fall of 2019. His great grandfather, Takeo Fujii, worked at Pearl Harbor during WWII under armed guard.
