WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Personal Information
Personal Information includes, but is not limited to, usage data, along with the name, telephone number, address, and e-mail address. NVL may collect information from our users at several different points on our website and related electronic communication, such as when joining our organization, renewing membership, making donations, responding to surveys, and providing us comments and feedback.

Information collected through the membership and donation forms, comment and feedback forms, and surveys are used to confirm and respond to your use of these forms, such as register you as a member and send you a welcome, give our many thanks for your donation, answer your questions and inquiries, and prepare statistical reports to support decision-making based on the inputs that are received.
